We pionier in de productie van parallelle flenzen balken in China, en we leiden vooruitgang en technische innovatie door het produceren van de Europese I-profielen die ongeëvenaard in prestaties, kwaliteit en kosteneffectiviteit zijn. Vervaardigd door de Universal Rolling methode, deze parallelle flens lichtbundel standaard nominale diepte en met verschillende web diktes en flenzen. De balken zijn rendabel en zorgen voor het ontwerp flexibiliteit. Deze balken in staat complexe constructies in grote hoeveelheden als gevolg van inherente functionele voordelen van deze secties. Als aannemers gebruik Europese I-profielen onder buigbelasting, kan staal besparingen tussen de 10-25% worden bereikt. Ik balken worden op grote schaal gebruikt in de bouw van utiliteitsgebouwen, raffinaderijen, met meerdere verdiepingen gebouwen, bruggen, auto parkeerplaatsen, raffinaderijen, luchthavens, viaducten, metro railprojecten, cement, staal planten.
Onze Ik balk hebben ook andere voordelen, zoals Kosteneffectieve, Verminderde staal gebruik, faciliteren geschroefde of gelaste constructie.
Dit helpt onze aannemer klanten om te kiezen uit meer opties in termen van eenheid gewichten en sectionale eigenschappen. Uitgerust met moderne machines, de plant heeft van wereldklasse productie-installaties met een efficiënte product uitrol. Onze IPE balken fabriek machines omvat: universele tandem molen, koelbedden, opwarmoven, primaire en secundaire de-scaler, testen en afwerking faciliteiten, rechttrekken machines.
